You will be given a health assessment of your heart rate, BMI (Body Mass Index) and fat percentage which will be compared to the average norm for your age and height to determine your fitness level. The accuracy part also means you will learn to tell the difference between carrots and cream filled doughnuts.

Your instructor will analyse your eating habits and probably make you do push-ups for every bit of junk food in your cupboard, okay he won’t make you do push-ups, but he will make you work it off. Your nutrition analysis will teach you to eat correctly ensuring your metabolism and energy work at the optimum level.
