I stayed at Régua Douro with my wife and 18-month daughter for 2 nights in April 2012. The hotel is very well located as it is close to everything in Régua (all the hot spots are within walking distance) and will enable you to drive along the Douro valley to visit the wine farms and to have a peaceful drive along the Douro River and vineyards. The rooms are very good, they have enough space and the bed is big and the view to the river outstanding! The service is excellent and the hotel staff very nice. The breakfast has everything you may want – R Pereira
