With more knowledge than that guy who keeps trying to talk to you in Latin, the team at Brain Harmonics will do a brain map assessment to spot problem areas and then help you deal with them using neurofeedback and brain training.

In the process of assessing each unique brain, Brain Harmonics will find out what your brain patterns look like when busy or at rest. Non-invasive and pain-free, electrodes will be placed on your head to measure your brain waves. Connected to a computer which records the activity, it is used to find imbalances in the brain. Once the assessment is complete, you will be treated to a 20 minute de-stress while the data is being processed. Using electrodes as well, this de-stress treatment gives you an opportunity to experience what brain training feels like. Once the data has been processed the practitioner will explain the results of your assessment and can then forge ahead on planning your individualised brain training, should you opt to do it. 

What you need to know:

• Avoid  refined sugars, caffeine, alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of the assessment
• If you are on prescribed medication, please keep taking your medication as prescribed
