Whisk your friends away to the pristine white beaches of a tropical paradise with a five-night stay at the exquisite Ebony Beach in Mozambique.
If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan living, there’s no better escape than Ebony Beach. Boasting two luxury villas sleeping up to eight people each, Ebony Beach is a private paradise where lucky Groupies can enjoy five magical nights in their own self-accommodating villa. With direct beach access and a private deck and swimming pool, each villa boasts four double rooms – two of them en-suite – as well as a lavish lounge and dining area for delicious group dinners. Constructed using indigenous materials and handcrafted timber, the villa exudes a luxurious African feel; complete with sweeping mosquito nets, natural rock walls, makuti thatch and colonial ceiling fans to keep you cool during those sweltering days. Equipped with a TV and iPod speaker set, it won’t be long until city escapees feel right at home.
Located on the coast of Vilanculos in Inhambane Province, Ebony Beach is the gateway to the Bazaruto Archipelago, a group of five islands and Mozambique’s only underwater national park. Home to more than 80% of all marine fish families of the indo-pacific, snorkelers and divers will revel in this experience. While guests can spend their days lounging on the pristine white beach, avid adventurers can book and partake in a number of activities, ranging from game fishing, pro guided fly fishing tours and various water sports to dolphin and whale watching. For the foodies, there are two restaurants within walking distance of the villa as well as a number of bars and restaurants in town. Whether you spend your holiday diving in the deep or sampling large Mozambican prawns at one of the local restaurants – this is the trip you’ll be talking about for the rest of your life.
My family and I had a fantastic time staying at Ebony Beach Villa. The house itself is beautifully designed in a way that really makes you feel like you are in paradise. It was also a very convenient location, as the beach is only a stone's throw away. We also had a cook throughout our stay and the food that he served was exquisite. Furthermore, the host and the other staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Ebony – Leon Hartwell
