- After booking, please email Groupon at least 72 hours prior to the party
- Two Groupons per party; additional as gifts
- Cancellations on the day and no-shows will be charged for
- Groupon excludes venue; venue can be arranged at an additional cost
- Groupon includes one face painter/kids tattoo artist for the duration of the party
- All trays, dishes, cutlery, crockery or sauces included belong to Plum Crazy Events and will need to be returned to Plum Crazy Events after the set amount of party hours
- Tables, chairs, décor, party packs, additional food and additional drinks, snacks and cakes or food for adults can be arranged at an additional cost with the appointed organiser for your party
- There will be a staff member on site for the included duration of the Groupon to deliver cupcakes, food, drinks and snacks, he/she will also set up the music and take photos on the day
- Photos will be taken with a professional camera and loaded to a Facebook group on Plum Crazy Events Facebook Page for you to use as you wish, an additional charge of R3.50 per picture to get it printed, should you wish
- Cupcake flavours are either chocolate or vanilla with the butter cream icing being pink, blue or purple
