The cheese experience will unravel the mysteries of making cheese as well as educate Groupies on the different types of cheese. After a quick run through the brand history of Pepe Charlot and a wine and cheese pairing lesson, a delving into cooking with cheeses and selection of cheese tastings will commence. Budding cheese connoisseurs are given a 150g cheese of their choice to take home per couple.


More About Pepe Charlot

Using traditional cheese making techniques and demonstrating a real passion for quality cheese products, Pepe Charlot started with a meagre 100 liters of milk and has grown six fold. Named after the founder’s grandfather, Pepe Charlot specialises in goat’s milk cheese and produces among others: chevrin, valencay, crotin and cabecou.
