The Resort

Five timber chalets lie spread across the banks of the river, a few hundred metres from the main hub of the resort. Each unit is exquisitely furnished, while offering a truly peaceful riverside stay. With a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen and braai area, the chalets comfortably accommodate four people. The covered timber deck facing the river is the perfect spot for viewing wandering game that often stray through the garden in the area.

Visitors take part in the most popular activity in the area - quad bike game viewing – where guides teach guests how to drive a semi-automatic quad-bike before embarking on a guided game drive through the game reserve. A more relaxed approach sees souls on a leisurely cruise along the Kwelegha tidal river through the picturesque indigenous valley to the mouth, after which a drink is enjoyed upon return to base.
