Diners gather for a warming winter meal designed to reignite internal fires and tantalise palates. As a starter, guests choose from the soup of the day with a roll, Greek salad or garlic bread, followed by a gourmet chicken, beef or vegetable deli burger with roasted baby potatoes on a stick. Meals are finished off with a choice of malva pudding and custard, a sweet platter with strawberry eclaire, chocolate pancake or a koeksister.
