At DV Chocolate in Paarl, tasters are treated to a guidedtasting of six 70% cacao Single Origin dark chocolates from Uganda,Trinidad, Madagascar, Venezuela Caracas, Sao Tome and Venezuela Rio Caribe, followed by a selection of four flavoured chocolates, including at least one milk chocolate. Crafted by the De Villiers family in the Cape Winelands, DV Artisan Chocolate is one of the few ‘Bean to Bar’ micro batch chocolate makers in the world.
