A choice of:

  • Lightly smoked gazpacho: shaken not stirred, served with cream cheese and roasted pepper crostini
  • Six pan fried prawns: pepperdew, sweet chilli, and coriander spuma
  • East west pastries: duck spring roll with hoisin sauce, spanakopita with tzatzikki and punjabi curried potato samoosa with homemade chutney
  • Borsch salad: chilled beetroot salad and sour cream with crispy bacon and potato and baby garden leaves

Followed by a choice of:

  • Battered fish & chips with pea puree, tartare sauce
  • Asian caramel pork belly with tomato aubergine jam with pork scratchings and Greek yoghurt
  • Slow cooked sirloin with short-rib ragout, creamed potato and bone marrow jus on cauliflower puree with broccoli rabe and truffle crunch
